All practitioners must have a transition plan.  This course will explain the numerous options available to you regarding a practice transition.  The methodology used to establish the fair market value of a practice will be discussed.  Pre-sale transitions will be thoroughly reviewed.

  • Associates-your greatest asset or your greatest liability
  • The Fair Market Value of a dental practice

Jonathan S. Carey, DMD
is a 1997 graduate of Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Carey is a member of the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.  He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, 7th District Dental Society, Monroe County Dental Society and Wayne County Dental Society.  Dr. Carey maintains a private family and cosmetic dentistry practice in Newark, NY and is the New York State Senior Transition Consultant for PARAGON Dental Practice Transitions, which is a national dental practice transition company.  He has been assisting dentists with their practice transition needs since 2003 and was recently named Consultant of the Year for PARAGON'S North Region.
