Practice for Sale - Naples
Job ID: 33365
Location: Florida
Position: Practice for Sale - Naples
Company: PARAGON Dental Practice Transitions

This general dental practice, after only 2 years in operation, has annual revenues of over $700K (2019) on a 4 ½ day work week (with 3 weeks of vacation).  This is an ideal “starter practice on steroids” for the right dentist skilled in surgically placing dental implants and who has strong restorative skills.  Crown & Bridge currently accounts for over 45% of production.  This practice is completely computerized and has digital radiography and panoramic X-ray, plus a 3D Cone Beam. It is 1,800+ sq ft office in a multi-tenant building on a major road with high traffic flow and has ample off-road parking.  The patient base consists of over 1,100 patients (800 FFS and 340 Ins/PPO) in a community that is rapidly increasing in population.  Currently the dentist uses 2 restorative operatories, while the full-time hygienist uses the 3rd.  This office has 2 additional plumbed rooms without equipment.  Live and practice near great fishing, boating, hiking, beaches and golf.  If interested, please contact Dr. Lou Kenyon, your South Florida PARAGON Dental Practice Transition Consultant at lkenyon@paragon.us.com or (508) 685-6008.
