Position: Dentist – Detention Center (Batavia/Buffalo, NY)

About the Role:
InGenesis is hiring a full-time Dentist to provide care at a government-operated detention center located in the Batavia/Buffalo area. This role offers the opportunity to deliver quality dental care in a stable, mission-driven environment while serving a diverse patient population. You’ll be part of a dedicated clinical team focused on patient well-being and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and urgent dental exams and treatments

• Diagnose and manage dental conditions including caries, periodontal disease, and oral infections

• Perform restorative procedures (amalgam, composite, crowns) and extractions

• Interpret digital radiographs and update treatment plans

• Maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical protocols

• Follow infection control and safety guidelines

• Collaborate with other healthcare staff as part of an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)

• Active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any U.S. state or territory

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross preferred)

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly or salaried pay (dependent on experience)
