Colleen
Huff, FAADOM has been on the front line in dental offices for over
twenty years. Her experience
navigating all aspects of dental benefits gives her unique knowledge to be a
powerful advocate for both patients and dental practitioners. Colleen started
her dental career at MetLife Dental as a Customer Service Representative and
began managing after moving back to the Buffalo area. Colleen has managed
multi-location practices; practice start-ups and is currently the practice administrator for Patricia Haberman, DDS and Mira Edgerton, DDS, PhD. as well
as an independent consultant for practices in WNY. She is a published author having written numerous
articles for the practice management publication, The Observer. Colleen is the
first AADOM (American Association of Dental Office Managers) Ambassador for New
York State. She founded and is president of the first practice administrators
study group in WNY. The D.E.N.T.AL
Study Group, (Dental Education Necessary Training for Administrative
Leadership) was established in 2011.
Colleen’s AADOM Fellowship will be completed in the fall of 2015. Ms. Huff, (or an immediate family member) has a significant
