are satisfied. Learn proven principles and processes for helping your
practice focus its vision and assemble its people that will deliver the promise

work in new ways – applying it first and foremost to employees and then to our
clients your practice will reap amazing results! By applying protocols and techniques in this
program, your patient care will be improved. Specific guidelines will be
outlined to inspire your patients to return for care, pay for their treatment

Engelhardt-Nash, AA, BFA, is a trainer, author, presenter, consultant, and has
presented workshops nationally and internationally. She has written for a number of dental publications. She is a founding member and has served two terms as president of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants. Debra is the current vice-president/president-elect.
She is a member of the ADAA and serves on the Board of the ADAA
Foundation. Ms. Engelhardt-Nash is
also a member of the American Academy of Dental Practice Administration. She has been repeatedly recognized by
Dentistry Today as a leader in continuing dental education and a leader in
dental consulting and listed as top 25 women in dentistry 2014. Debra received the Kay Moser Distinguished Service Award
given by the ADAA and the ADMC Meritorious Service Award. She is the 2015 recipient of the Gordon
Christensen Lecturer Recognition Award.
