COMMUNICATING FINANCIALLY - THE ART OF SAYING YES…AND NO

Supported, in part, by an educational grant from CareCredit.

Thursday, October 15, 2015

1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Room: 106 A

More treatment is lost during financial arrangements than any other place in the office.  In a perfect world, all patients would choose your comprehensive care 100% of the time and have the financial resources to do so.  It sounds so simple. But is it?

There are times when treatment must be delayed, phased or denied due to the financial constraints of the patient.  This course will show solutions to create a win/win solution for the patient and the practice.

Course Objectives:

·       How and when to introduce financial arrangements.

·       Introducing your office financial protocols.

·       Overcoming objections, talking to telephone shoppers and discussing insurance utilization.

·       Outside financial resources – When are they Appropriate?

Recommended for…The Entire Dental Team.
